Find a solution

If you’re experiencing financial difficulty, or anticipate that you could be soon, homeowner relief may be available through a number of resources. The one that’s right for you depends on your current situation, who your lender is, how much you owe, and your current payment status. But no matter your situation, Bank of America Home Loans customer service is here to help.

If you think you might fall behind on your payments or you’ve already missed one, contact us to see how we could help you get back on track:

  • Catch up on missed payments through a repayment plan
  • Get a payment extension from 1–3 months
  • Have your home loan rate, term, and/or monthly payment modified
  • Find debt management help through internal or nonprofit independent agencies

Relief starts with a phone call. Call us today at 1.800.720.3758 or visit our Home Loan Assistance Center to get started.

You may be eligible for assistance through these current homeowner relief efforts:

  • Refinancing through the FHA under the HOPE for Homeowners Program
  • Home loan modification, based on what you can afford
  • Principal reduction on a pay-option home loan (an adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) that lets you choose what to pay)
